Beware! church leaders will be tempted to answer according the expectations of others or their own. Avoid this inclination. Your ordination was based upon your qualifications to serve as an example of a mature believer. How you should serve as an example (elder or deacon) should be based on your S.H.A.P.E. not your qualifications or ordination.
