The purpose of the youth ministry is to help facilitate 3 main areas.

1. Purpose champs among Youth
2. Cell groups for youth
3. Youth Worship

Youth Ministry Governors – 5 Purpose Champions

This ministry will be governed by the 5 purposes of the Church:

1. Discipleship
2. Ministry
3. Worship
4. Fellowship
5. Mission

Individuals are assigned to each purpose.

Youth Ministry Cell Group Structure

We will have the youth community meet at the building on Wednesdays, on a temporary bi-weekly basis. During that meeting, the youth will worship/ fellowship and configure their cell groups. After the fellowship/worship aspect of the meeting, they will sub group into community related groups. The leaders of these groups will be college age or someone capable of facilitating.

Youth Ministry Worship

We have our youth devo team online. The worship is expected to be celebratory, and “fresh”. The format for this will vary week to week. Just to keep it fresh/ and appealing. We don’t want a “Sunday evening repeat service”. It will be relevant.
