We Envision:

In the pursuit of our vision, we envision the following as divine accomplishments:

A Church that is empowering the members to be the ministers. The priesthood of  all believers is made real.  Sinners are converted to be saints; Saints are committed to be servants; Servants are commissioned to be leaders.

A church of cultural and ethnic diversity connected relationally – a church where the love of self is respected and the unconditional love of otherness is socially realized; where God’s love is the light of life, and the light of life is the light to the lost.

A church campus reflecting a community of faith and Purpose. – a campus that reflects our faith and encompasses the Centers related to the administration of our five purposes.

A full-service ministry of human services – a community that collaborates with the business entities, government agencies, and persons of P.E.A.C.E. in providing a network of human and social services that targets the felt needs of hurting people with the expressed intent of bring to them L.I.F.E. and P.E.A.C.E.

A full-service ministry of Family Life. A community providing support for every component of the family unit in all stages of life:  Children, Teenagers, College Age and Young Adults Singles, Married Couples and Single Parent families, and Seniors.

A multiplying ministry of local, regional, and global evangelism. Locally, small groups in every community sector of the greater San Fernando Valley;  Regionally,  an expanding community of cultures establishing new church plants yearly; Globally, connecting with churches around the globe for advancing the mission of P.E.A.C. E.

Our Purposes:

Five specific purposes guide the pursuit of our vision:

  • Worship (Magnification) - To glorify God through personal and corporate worship celebrations
  • Fellowship (Membership) – To connect people relationally for discovering church membership
  • Discipleship (Maturity) – To commit members to develop habits of spiritual maturity
  • Serving (Ministry) – To consecrate members for the service of God’s love through their SHAPE
  • Evangelism (Missions) – To commission members to share God’s P.E.A.C.E. with the world.

Our Method

The method we utilize to achieve our purposes is to connect people relationally in a life circle of six to twelve people for the purpose of growing in Christ-likeness, loving one another, and empowering members to be fully functional in the ministry of L.I.F.E. and the mission of P.E.A.C.E.

Our Strategic Aims

Our membership development strategy is a four-phase process of making disciples in the relational contexts of small groups. The four objectives of our discipleship-making strategy are:

  • SHARE: Cultivating the commitment to come and hear the callings of faith
  • CONNECT: Connecting the comers relationally to others for spiritual growth
  • SERVE: Committing those connected to serve the purposes of the body of Christ.
  • LEAD: Commissioning servant leaders to lead a small group ministry of making disciples of others.

Our Message

We are committed to proclaiming the undenominational vision of the kingdom of God. We proclaim and commit to its seven-fold completeness–One body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God. We proclaim the exalted purpose of the kingdom–the reconciliation of humanity to God and to each other through faith in the redeeming work of Christ. We proclaim the blessing of discovering life in the kingdom of God as a direct accomplishment of the redeemer
